My name is Chad Ellis, and I’m excited to help athletes unlock their full potential through specialized sports performance training.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Science from Virginia Tech, I have a solid foundation in the science of movement and nutrition that is essential for optimizing athletic performance. I am also an proud member of the American College of Sports Medicine, which keeps me connected to the latest research and advancements in exercise science. Additionally, I am a certified Bigger, Faster, Stronger Trainer, equipping me with the latest training techniques and methodologies to help athletes enhance their strength, speed, and agility.

For over 10 Years, I have dedicated myself to coaching basketball, honing my skills and understanding of what it takes to excel in competitive sports. My experience as a coach has taught me the importance of tailored training programs that meet the unique needs of each athlete, whether they are just starting out or looking to take their performance to the next level.

For our Competitive Edge athletes, we take a scientific approach to our training modules, ensuring that every program is backed by evidence-based practices. I believe every athlete has the potential to reach their maximum athletic ability. My mission is to provide a supportive and motivating environment where athletes can develop not only their physical skills but also their mental toughness and confidence.
